Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bake & Flame Wholesale, we are committed to selling the highest quality products
available. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, please contact us immediately. Claims for missing items or items
damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of
merchandise.

Item(s) to be returned must be in New condition. If item(s) has been used, or if seal is
broken your claim will be rejected or a restocking fee will be applied to your refund, the
restocking fee will be determined upon inspection.

You have the option of exchanging an item(s) or receiving a full refund for the amount of
the original purchase price, less shipping charges if applicable. If you choose to
exchange an item(s) you will be charge for shipping, the free shipping offer does NOT
apply to exchanged items.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment, we will credit
your credit card once we receive the merchandise and after it has been inspected.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return or exchange an item(s):
• Place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Please do not place shipping labels or stickers on the merchandise itself.
• Ship the package via insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not
responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
